The Zoom Room project, developed in collaboration with Pavarini Design, is a clear reflection of this philosophy, where craftsmanship, technology, and refined aesthetics come together in perfect balance.

As remote meetings and virtual collaboration have become an integral part of daily life, the need for dedicated, beautifully designed spaces has never been greater. The Zoom Room was conceived to transform a functional requirement into an immersive experience. One that feels intentional, calm, and distinctly bespoke.

Rather than treating the space as a standard home office or meeting room, the goal was to create an environment that enhances focus, presence, and professionalism while maintaining a warm, residential sensibility.

Working alongside Pavarini Design, we focused on a shared design language rooted in precision, material integrity, and understated elegance. Every element of the Zoom Room was carefully considered from the spatial layout to the smallest construction details. A defining element of the Zoom Room is the custom wall treatment developed by Bespoke to enhance sound quality. Recognizing that acoustics are fundamental to a successful virtual meeting space, the walls were carefully designed with integrated padding to absorb sound, reduce echo, and improve overall audio clarity.

This acoustic solution was fully customized to the room, allowing the technology to perform optimally while maintaining a clean, sophisticated aesthetic. The result is a space where conversations feel natural, clear, and uninterrupted, without compromising visual elegance.
